PermitLookup is operated by ECB TX LLC.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Your plan stays active until the period ends, and it does not renew after that. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.

One-time Storm Lists

Storm Lists are digital goods, delivered on purchase. Once the CSV is delivered, the sale is final, refunded within 14 days only if the delivered CSV contains more than 10% undeliverable addresses (addresses the post office cannot deliver to, as shown by your own mailing results). In that case we re-run the list or refund your purchase, buyer's choice.

How to request

Contact support@ecbtx.com from your account email with your order or invoice reference. Quality-based Storm List claims should include the delivery results that show the undeliverable rate.
